Did I pay $100 just for the right to buy a $30 a month membership?

I paid $100 for what was supposed to be a beginner plan with an addon with a particular focus. Now that I am logged in all I get access to is a single warmup video and then pay walls everywhere. This in and of itself is annoying but whats more annoying is that I cant find a way to contact customer support about my membership or billing. This is terrible service bordering on fraud. Anyone know how to get in touch with someone in charge?
