Hi Camille. I think you"re a great instructor but I can't do lip trills and they seem to be a pretty big part of your voal warmups. Any suggestions before I cancel my membership? Thanks

Hold the sides of your mouth when you do them. They might not be perfect but will be a lot easier, I have also had this trouble 😊

Here's an article on lip trills with extra tips as well (and lip trill alternatives). Any semi-occluded exercise will give you the same benefit - I just happen to like lip trills best. Good luck!
