Excited to Be here!

I started Jonathans beginner course at the beginning of April.  It is great.  I play guitar and have always wanted to sing but am very pitchy when I attempt it.  A year or so ago I got together with my worship leader at church and he taught me several exersizes to do but I was never successful to the point of being able to actually sing a song with correct technique and in tune.  Im very thankful for this course and hope that it teaches me to sing better so I can sing at church.  I have signed up for Camille's free workshop next Saturday and am really looking forward to it.  I was also very pleased to see that Once a month I can book a 15 minute session with my instructor.  I didnt even realize that when I signed up.  I am really looking forward to that.  Thanks again for this great site.

After much trial and error, I found an app that allows you to select any pitch and will show you where you're singing in relation to it - we'll cover its use next Saturday, but if you want to start working with it, it's called "PerfectPitch": https://apps.apple.com/us/app/learn-to-sing-perfect-pitch/id1409450884 . You can use that function without subscribing.
