    I signed up for full access but I still see advertisments requesting that I sign up for" full access."

    Can I please talk to a real person about my concerns.  The website seems difficult to follow and I need a little guidance.  Do you actually have a support desk or just a bunch or articles?

     

    Any suggestions would be much appreciated.  M Silver
