Downloads that were supposed to be available upon sign up?

    Hi, and thanks for taking the time and effort to respond to my enquiry. 

    Its this, I having recently upgraded to a complete full annual membership,, understood that i would receive several gifts? in the form of downloads not entirely sure what the content of the downloads was meant to be.  I'd assume it was some kind of exercise information in the form of PDF files. Can someone kindly tell me where i gain access to these?

    Hi Alan, I believe those are mp3 downloads! Please check your spam/promotions folders, and email [email protected] if you weren't sent them.
