Post Nasal Drip while singing

I have a problem with post nasal drip. When I am singing it gets in my way when trying to reach high notes. I can get to these high notes easily most of the time unless I have flem in my throat. Does anyone have any suggestions about this ?? I was wondering if I should drink or gargle with before I sing !! Thank You !!!

Have you tried daily saline sinus rinsing? Laryngologists recommend starting with that! If that doesn't help enough, talk to your doctor to see if you can find a solution for the underlying issue (if it's allergy-related, or something else)!
