When I do the lip tril, my face itches like crazy. Is there a way around it?

Is there a way to stop my face from itching when I do the lip tril?

Unfortunately, I don't know of a way around that! For me, it just stopped eventually. But in the meantime, feel free to swap with another semi closed exercise (hum, vv, zz, nn, mm, ng, straw singing, etc).
