    I had my last check-in a month ago. Why can't I see an option to schedule another check-in?

    Hi Sara! We're trying out a new system for those appointments. Until that gets sorted out, please e-mail [email protected] and a member of our team will help you schedule your next check-in. 

    Steffen, check-ins are 15-minute video appointments (mini-lessons) with an instructor. They're complimentary for full-access members!
