hiss exercise

    Hello, A week ago I was still able to do the hiss exercise up to 1 minute or further (generally quite relaxed). However, for this week I have only been able to do it around 30-40 secs and I am finding it quite hard to do longer. Why is this happening and it seems like I am going backwards?

    I'm not sure, Mai! Sometimes when I'm feeling sick or under the weather, I get out of breath more easily. It's possible your body is a little tired or fighting something off!
