i'm always running of air !

    hi 

    i still in 30 days biginner course and i have trouble in breathing , i'm always running of air when i singing and start to make that choking sound ... 

    any help ?

    Hi, Eslam!

    Are you able to sing on a hum, lip trill, or NG sound? Those are all techniques that can be done with little air, because the vocal tract is partially closed. I recommend you sing on those as you build endurance and definitely work on the lip trill: that's my favorite exercise to train good breath support!

    Of course! One more thing to consider: sometimes we run out of air because our cord closure is weak. You can try singing on a "GUH" to train firmer cord compression and see if that helps as well.
