Is this really for “beginners”.

I just joined, and just started lesson 1 with the "trill warm-up".  Right off the hop, the instructor talks about using the 1-5-1 pattern. I have absolutely no idea what that is. I have no musical experience and was under the impression that this course was appropriate for people like me. Is it?

I joined a few hours ago and my advice: Take your money and run.

I watched the first 8 videos in the beginner course and a few others and it's pretty obvious to me that the purpose of this platform is to sell you 1-on-1 lessons with the instructors at $100/hour.

There is no methodology, the techniques and exercises are all other the place without any clear instruction or structure. Very disappointing.
