    1. At 2:05, 'Keeping the pelvic bones released'. Googled but still not really sure where is the pelvic bones and how do I release them.

    2. 2:15 , 'Slight Knee Bend', What is the function of slight knee bend?

    3. 2:16, 'In the Body, into my body, down to the floor, into my breath', don't understand what he meant throughout lol.

    4. 6:28, 'Warmth in the sound', what does 'warmth' mean in this context?

    5. 6:38, 'Coming on and off the voice', what does 'on and off' means?

    6. 6:38, 'Using of breath tone', did he mean using breathy tone.

    7. 7:02, 'I want the core to be healthy, I want the core sound and core breath to be healthy'. What is core, core sound and core breath?

    1. Pelvic bones: https://cdn.britannica.com/99/120999-050-8E7B574A/Bones-girdle.jpg. Don't squeeze the surrounding muscles (hips and low abs) - keep them relaxed!

    2. So that you don't lock your knees and pass out

    3. Taking a low breath that you visualize going all the way down to the floor (even though it technically doesn't)

    4. Warm tone: round, rich, not overly nasal or contricted

    5. On = connection and clean tone; Off = breathy/whispering tone

    6. I think so!

    7. Not 100% sure on "core breath", but I think core sound means the fundamental tone you're producing: healthy, connected, not too breathy

I understood core as the core of the body which could mean simply the breath taking into the 3-D-core he was talking about all the while (belly, diaphragm, pelvis, lower chest, rib cage, lungs on the back like a balloon). As opposed to: Breathing just into you upper lungs or elevating the shoulders with the inspiration breath. The stance and downward movement while comig upward as he describes it is the same as the Basic Tai Chi stance, by the way. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MEtdtJwdfwg

Gotcha! Thanks for weighing in, Steffen. Agreed: core = core of your body, core breath = breathing with your entire core (instead of just the chest).
