    Hi Everyone,

I've been doing this video called How to Improve Agility For Riffs and Runs on the 30 Day Singer Youtube Channel for a while and after some time I got to the speed 1.15 for the first exercise which is ok(I think).  I feel that sometimes I'm just confused on how I'm improving.  My first question is doing these exericses going to always help me?

I have another problem it is that I feel like it is very hard to know if I'm singing note for note because many times I feel like I'm skipping notes.  (Or I'm just going very fast except that is very unlikely.)  So is there a way for me to make sure I'm hitting the notes while practicing agility?  Thanks in advance!

Hi, Aaron! Including exercises like this (or "long line agility" from the beginner course) will keep your voice flexible and help you to sing riffs more accurately. But I think the natural next step is to learn riffs from actual songs! Here's a lesson with "the first run you should learn", which appears in countless songs.

Since you're probably going too fast for a chromatic tuner to keep up, the best way might be recording yourself and listening back!
