Hi, my last vocal teacher talked about the Rolled R (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-K_ksKvK6U&ab_channel=NewYorkVocalCoaching) being a development from the Lip Trill which this system uses a lot, but you don't seem to use the Rolled R at all. I feel the Rolled R really helped me so can I please hear your thoughts on this!

A rolled R is a great lip trill alternative (included in this article I wrote). I simply prefer lip trills, but the rolled R can also help release the tongue!
