Hi Camille, I had a quick video lesson with you yesterday where i asked about imaging going down when signing high notes, I forgot to ask if I should imagine up when singing low notes. I saw a youtube video where he said imagine its above your cheeckbones, im not sure if thats true, I was wondering what your thoughts are. I remember in a video you said imagine going up when singing descending patterns so I assume that when singing in the lower range you would always want to picture the notes around the nose and cheeckbone areas?

I do think that's a great recommendation! I often think up and forward for low notes, as I find it helps prevent my larynx from dropping too low (causing the tone to become overly dark and in some cases, weak or breathy). If that works for you, please use it!

Here's a short lesson with a few more tips for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F0LtddUCwBk
