warm up brbs

hi i have a tied tongue and fining it difficult to warm up with the brb trill and advanced trill sometimes it works and not at all at other times. is there any way specific to ding it or just more practise? if you could teach me a way to do it or any other handy hints i would appreciate it thankyou RJK
